An important update on COVID-19 travel guidelines.

At JetWay we continue to closely monitor all CDC travel guidelines to ensure our clients’ safety and compliance on every trip. Last week the CDC put into effect a new requirement for proof of negative COVID-19 test or recovery from COVID-19 for all air passengers arriving into the United States. The order requires all passengers arriving to the United States from a foreign country to:

  1. Get tested no more than 3 days before their flight departs
  2. Present the negative test result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 before boarding the flight
  3. Confirm that the information they present is true in the form of an attestation

For more information on this new requirement, you can visit the CDC information page here.

If you are planning a trip, whether domestic or international, we are here to answer any questions you may have, and make sure you arrive to your destination safely.

And as a reminder, under JetWay’s strict COVID-19 safety protocols:

  • All aircraft go through a cleaning and disinfecting program in accordance with the guidelines of the CDC and WHO
  • All cabin surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after every flight
  • All-purpose disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer are provided for passenger use
  • The health and safety of all crew members is consistently monitored, and crew members limit their interaction with passengers on travel days
  • All crew members wear face coverings while performing duties in the presence of JetWay clients at the FBO and on the aircraft, including greetings, safety briefings, and cabin service
  • All crew members practice social distancing when possible, and limit their time at the FBO before and after trips
