Chet Dudzik
President & Founder
Chet has a tremendous passion for aviation and customer service. Prior to founding JetWay in 2006, Dudzik was the founding Head of Sales at Marquis Jet (re-seller of the NetJets program) from 2001 to 2005 and was instrumental in its early success, and prior to that he was the largest sales producer of fractional jet shares at CitationShares. He was also Director of Sales at Sentient Jet in 2006. For over 30 years, he has been an aircraft owner, a private instrument-rated pilot (FAA Airman Certificate Number 2692675) and active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). Chet graduated from Boston College and Villanova University Law School and is a licensed attorney in multiple jurisdictions.
Frank Dudzik
Vice President, Operations
Frank is the VP of Operations at JetWay, where he oversees customer processes and ensures positive client experiences across the organization. In addition, Frank maintains critical relationships with key vendors to solidify growth across the company. Previously, Frank was Vice President of trading at Pershing where he held various leadership positions for over 12 years. He started his career at Lehman Brother as an equities trader. Frank has Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Boston College.
Carly Dudzik
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Carly joined the JetWay team in 2020, opening our new Connecticut office. Prior to joining JetWay, Carly honed her marketing and sales skills in the sports marketing industry with a focus on servicing global brands in the technology, adult beverages, and payment services categories. Carly also has extensive international event experience including the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, and World Surf League. Carly graduated from Amherst College and the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School for Sports Management.
